The Out of Hours Service will offer advice and carry out assessments under the Mental Health Act outside office hours.
Where possible, we will arrange an appointment with you before we visit. (This may not be possible in some urgent circumstances.) All our social workers carry identity cards so please ask to see this if you are unsure.
