How to make a compliment, comment or complaint

Cumbria Care follows the Compliments, Comments and Complaints Procedure used by Cumbria County Council's Adult Social Care service.

If you would like to compliment a member of staff about their work or make a comment or suggestion about a service, please let the manager of the service know.  If you are not sure who this manager is, please ask any member of staff.

If you would like to make a complaint about our work, please let the supervisor or manager on duty know.

If they are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you can raise the complaint with the registered manager of the service or the operations manager.  Again, if you are not sure who these are, please ask any member of staff.
