To help us make sure our services meet your needs, we need to listen to your experiences and views about our work.  There are a number of ways in which we do this:

Service user meetings

We hold regular service user meetings in residential care homes to which all residents are welcome.  There are agendas and minutes of these meetings so you can see what was discussed and any follow up actions agreed.

Questionnaires and surveys

Our home care and day care services carry out regular surveys of service users.  If you receive a questionnaire from us, please fill it in and tell us what you think of the service your receive.

Compliments, comments and complaints procedure

You can use this procedure to:

  • compliment us on our work,
  • make a comment or suggestion or
  • complain if you are not happy about what we have done.
