Your safety and well being are of paramount importance to us.  We have many arrangements in place including:

• Health and Safety induction and training of staff and risk assessments to make sure what we do is safe and any risks are managed;
• full records checks of prospective staff before we recruit them;
• ongoing training, supervision and appraisal of all our staff; and
• full compliance with Cumbria's multi-agency policy and procedures for the protection of vulnerable adults.
