The Local Implementation Team (LIT) is part of the governance arrangements of the two statutory partner agencies with specific responsibilities and accountabilities for people with a learning disability living in Cumbria:
- Cumbria County Council
- Cumbria PCT
The LIT is a management entity of these partners, and will use other forums (existing or commissioned) to test out ideas, and to engage with stakeholders in developing its recommendations to partners.
