Cumbria Drug and Alcohol Action Team held a seminar at Carlisle Racecourse on Friday 24 August 2007.
The Audit Commission presented the summary report based on the safer communities review in Cumbria relating to illegal drugs, together with input from the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse on key developments in the local drug treatment system.
