Your Social Care Records - About Your social care records

These web pages are for adults (aged 18 and over) who are receiving (or who have received) social care services from Cumbria County Council. It tells you:

• why we keep records containing personal information about you
• how we use this information and
• how you can ask to see your records using our Subject Access Request Procedure.

Please note, if:

• you are a child asking for access to information we hold about you
• you are an adult asking to see records about a child or
• you were a child when you were in contact with Cumbria County Council and believe we hold records about you
