Home Care - What do I do if I want to change my home care?

If you want to cancel Home Care on a temporary basis, contact your social worker on the telephone number he or she will have given you. (If you are unsure of the correct number, contact Customer Services at your local Cumbria County Council Adult Social Care office. The social worker will make sure that your care is cancelled. 

If you want to change the services you receive on a permanent basis, for instance because you feel your needs have changed, please contact your social worker and ask for a new assessment.
