If you concern relates to a Prescription for simple aids to daily living, there are two possible courses of action to take:

  • If the equipment doesn’t fit or in some other way does not assist you in the way it was intended, you should raise this as soon as possible with the member of staff who provided you with the prescription.   They will arrange to make a further assessment of your needs and provide a Prescription for an alternative item.
  • If the equipment is broken upon receipt from a retailer, or it is faulty in some way, you should contact the retailer in the first instance and arrange a replacement item.

If in doubt, please contact us and we will help in whatever way we can.
