Residential Care - How do I change my residential care?

If you are finding that your needs are not being met in the home, you can ask for a review of your care by the staff in the home. If it is not possible for the home to provide you with the care you need, your social worker can carry out another assessment to see if your needs would be better met in a different kind of home.
