Barrow Waterfront - Ramsden Business Park:  Creating development opportunities for private sector investment and new jobs.  The business parks are at a standard ready for private industry to develop.  Find out more about The Waterfront.

Barrow Town Centre:  New sandstone paving and high quality street furniture to improve the appearance of the town centre for residents and visitors to help boost trade and business growth in the town centre.

Carlisle - Harraby:  Keeping open existing facilities such as the community centre, sports hall, theatre, library and playing fields as part of a larger community regeneration project on the 22 acre site.

Derwent Forest:  Redeveloping a 1000 acre ex-MOD weapons store site by working with a developer to deliver community benefits.

Kendal - Canal Head:  Creating a new neighbourhood by redeveloping the Canal Head area adjacent to the town centre, with 600 jobs expected and up to 200 homes together with a hotel, superstore and new commercial premises.

Lillyhall - Construction Skills Centre:  Creating a new bespoke education and training facility to ensure local people have the skills to access new employment opportunities in the construction sector.

Maryport Harbour:  Continuing the regeneration of the harbour, creating new opportunities for investment so that the harbour can flourish as a vibrant quarter of Maryport.  This will retain the existing jobs and create new employment opportunities in the marine and tourism sectors.

Penrith Town Centre:  A new identity and a unique pedestrian signing and street furniture scheme to improve pedestrian movement around the town.

Silloth Green:  Open the public space of this Victorian seaside town with £2m investment to improve its appeal for education, events and recreation.

Workington - Navvies Footbridge / Northside Bridge:  Reconnecting communities after the 2009 floods destroyed both bridges.

Workington - Port of Workington:  Providing an an end to end logistics option for businesses in Cumbria and beyond.  £5.7m will be spent on a new harbour mobile crane, improvements to the port facilities and a weekly scheduled container service to Rotterdam.  Find out more about the new logistics gateway to Europe.
