Social care services for children and families - Who can get help?

Cumbria Children's Services can help:

• children under 16 and their families - including children with physical and learning disabilities; and 
• young people of 16 or 17 years, who experience severe difficulties and young people, up to the age of 21, who have been looked after by a local authority.
