Use of emails:

If you need to contact us about an urgent or emergency matter (such as if you are concerned about the welfare of a child), you should telephone us or visit us at your nearest office.  Emails are only checked daily so you should not use emails for urgent matters.  You should also note that Government guidelines say that emails are insecure and so care should be taken if you intend to use emails for personal details.
