Help for voluntary and community groups

Organisations that need help in recruiting new volunteers can register with their local Volunteer Centre (right) by completing a ‘Voluntary Opportunity Registration Form’. After registration, your Volunteer Centre can:

• Refer volunteers to your organisation  
• Upload your voluntary opportunities to the online National Volunteering Database  
• Upload your volunteering opportunity to our local websites, and advertise locally
• Display your leaflets and posters at exhibitions, outreach sessions, displays and in our offices
• Invite you to local Volunteer Co-ordinator network meetings to share information and good practice
• Invite you to be involved in local volunteer recruitment events
• Support you with information in terms of good practice issues when involving volunteers.
