Transition arrangements have been put in place until the LINk is up and running and able to meet statutory requirements. These arrangements will finish on or before the 30th September 2008 and will be handled by Wingspan Consulting. There is now a Transitional Steering Group in place who are being supported by Wingspan during this period.
