Consultation Strategy 2006

Our consultation strategy lays out the council’s approach to consulting with residents, service users and staff. Its purpose is to:

  • improve co-ordination of activity across the council;
  • provide clear standards for consultation activity undertaken by council directorates; and 
  • mainstream performance monitoring and evaluation of consultation activity.
