Eden local committee

A message from local committee chairman, Helen Fearon:

The County Councillors for Eden work in Eden Local Committee, supported by an officer team, to improve the services that Cumbria County Council provide to people living in, working in and visiting our area.  

The population of this area is spread sparsely, and so Eden Local Committee works hard to get closer to those living and working in Eden.  It helps us to become a more open, listening council, by organising regular public meetings throughout Eden. All of Eden Local Committee's meetings are open for the public to attend and speak at.  These meetings give you the opportunity to directly influence how council services are delivered and improve your neighbourhood.
