Disability Positive Action Scheme (DPAS)
The aim of the scheme is to:
- Reduce the employment gap for disabled people
AND
- To mainstream employment opportunities for disabled people.
In order to achieve this Cumbria County Council are working in partnership with the Disability Employment Adviser(s) (DEA) AND Incapacity Benefit Personal Adviser (IBPA) of local JobCentre Plus and Employment Advisors from Oaklea Trust.
