Economy of Cumbria

The Cumbria Economic Intelligence Partnership (CEIP) is a name given to a group of partners in Cumbria with an interest in the Cumbrian economy and economic data.

The partnership is made up of the following partners:

• Cumbria Tourism (external link)
• Allerdale Borough Council (external link)
• Carlisle City Council (external link)

• South Lakeland District Council (external link)
• Business Link North West (external link)

By working collaboratively the partnership is able to generate the necessary resources to commission a regular programme of activity. The day-to-day administration of CEIP is carried out by Cumbria County Council and Invest in Cumbria.
