Cumbria Community Memorial Fund

The Cumbria Community Memorial Fund has today been opened with the support of the members of the Cumbria Recovery Coordination Group.  

This Fund has been created to support the people and communities affected by the shootings of 2nd June 2010.   

The Fund provides an opportunity by which people can demonstrate their sympathy and support for those affected. 

The Fund will be managed on behalf of partners by the Cumbria Community Foundation. It is a broad based charitable fund. The exact criteria for distribution of funds will be agreed following discussions with the affected families and the local community. Details of how to donate and apply will be made available on the Community Foundation’s website. www.cumbriafoundation.org
