Macmillan Cancer Information Project

Cumbria Library Service has cancer information in 17 of its libraries across Cumbria.

Cumbria County Council's library service is working in partnership with the Cancer Information Centre based at North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust, the Macmillan cancer charity  as well as other organisations including Age UK to deliver this service, which helps to provide cancer information resources in all 17 of the project libraries.

Some of the libraries also offer drop-in sessions staffed by trained Macmillan information and support volunteers.

The libraries which have cancer information are as follows:
