The future of residential care for older people in Wigton tops the agenda of the town's next Neighbourhood Forum on Wednesday 20 February.
Before the Forum starts, members of the public will have the chance to learn more about Cumbria County Council's plans to improve residential care facilities in the town at a special drop-in session with Adult Social Care staff at Wigton Methodist Hall.

At 7:00pm, the Forum gets underway at The Old Convent with another chance to speak to Adult Social Care staff about the care improvement proposals which are currently out for public consultation.
Later in the meeting, There will be an opportunity to hear more about the public consultation into plans to turn the North Cumbria Acute Hospitals Trust into a Foundation Trust.
