Our Performance

In this section you can find out how the Council and our partners are performing in delivering our services to people in the county. 
 
We gather and share performance information, which is important because it enables council employees, partners and the public to see how well we are delivering services and where improvements need to be made.
 
We measure our performance through a range of methods that include:-
  • Progress against national and local performance indicators
  • Progress against our strategy, key plans and local area agreement
  • Feedback from the public   
Our performance is assessed independently by the Audit Commission who rate us accordingly.
