Applicants and/or agents can submit planning applications online. This includes being able to fill in the application form online; attach drawings and documents; and pay the planning application fee through a secure payment engine. We aim to send an electronic acknowledgement of receipt of online applications within one working day and aim to confirm the validity or rejection of applications submitted online within 5 working days.
The Governments "Planning Portal" website provides the facility for submission of all applications except those for Minerals Proposals which can be submitted via our own portal (see the links below).
Please Note: When submitting an application through the Planning Portal you will need to register as a Professional User on their website before you can use this service. Your application will be redirected to the County Council at Step 2 of the process when you select "Begin a Waste or Regulation 3 application here."
