The Minerals and Waste Development Scheme (MWDS) sets out the programme for preparing and monitoring the minerals and waste development documents. It also briefly describes the documents that form the Minerals and Waste Development Framework (MWDF).
The current Minerals and Waste Development Scheme was revised in October 2007 and came into effect on 16 November 2007.
