The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a national initiative, set up by the construction industry to improve it’s image to members of the public and businesses affected by construction works. Sites and companies that register with the Scheme are monitored against an eight point Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage good performance.
Following on from a very successful 1st audit on 17 December 2009, the CNDR project gained a score of 37/40 and was presented with a certificate for ‘Performance Beyond Compliance’.
In March of this year CNDR was also successful in being presented with a 'Silver award' at the National Awards Ceremony, recognizing the demonstration of exceptional levels of consideration against the Scheme’s Code.
