Performing Animals

Anyone who trains or exhibits any animal for performance in a circus, as part of an exhibition or for a stage performance, must be registered with their Local Authority under the Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925.

Registration is a one-off event and a fee is payable.  However, you may be subject to inspection by an Animal Health and Welfare Inspector prior to registration becoming effective.
